Description.
Author. A Jaina saint.

Subject. This sutra composed in 7 verses in Prakrit eulogizes the 24 Tirthankaras of this avasarpini cycle of time. It is hence styled as Caüvvisattho (Sk. Caturviṁśatistava). This sutra forms a part of the Avaśyakasūtra.
