Description.-Country paper; Devanagari characters; handwrit
ing, text:-clear, uniform and legible, comm. - larger, uniform, but not so fair ; borders ruled with three lines each, two red and one black in the middle; text in the centre; comm. above and below it ; yellow pigment frequently used for making corrections ; punctuation marks in the text in red; last few foll. very badly preserved; fol. 23 repaired, but text and comm. passages lost at many places; foll. 2 and 3 missing ; almost all leaves worm-eaten, with broken edges, and discoloured.

श्रीमत्रियंत्तसिद्धांत गुरुपुत्रेण वरामते ॥ सत्वोत्तरप्रसारार्थ तत्त्वत्रयनिरूपणं ॥१॥ यतिपतिमतनिष्ठान्यामुनाय्यप्रवंधै। रधिगतपरमार्थानास्तिकान्प्रीणयिष्यन् । चिदचिदधिपतीनां चिंतनाय प्रबंधं ।
व्यतनुत वरदाऱ्याः सर्वतंत्रस्वतंत्रः ॥ २ ॥ etc. Comm.
