आशौचांस्य दिनेपि स्नानोत्तरं गोहिरण्यादिस्पर्शउक्ताः ॥ एकादशादि कर्त्तव्यं चान्यत्तीव गंतव्यमित्युपरभ्यते ॥
कायेषु वेदरसभूमिमिते शकाब्दे ॥
इति श्रीमतपदवाक्यप्रमाणज्ञ महामहोपाध्याय भट्ट विश्वनाथानुजभटरघुनाथनिर्मिता त्रिंशच्छ्लोकविवृतिः संपूणां ॥

सप्तसागररसेंदुसंमिते विक्रमे नभसि कृष्णपक्षके भालिलेख कुतुकाद्वरेर्दिने सामराज इति विश्रुतो भुवि ॥ १ ॥ काइयामिदं पुस्तकं लिखितं । रामार्पणमस्तु ॥

Extent.— 113 leaves ; 9 lines to a page ; 40 letters to a line. Description.- Country paper; Devanagari characters; handwriting legible; four lines in black ink on either border upto fol. 284 ; the rest of the folios have only two lines; benedictory phrase, topics and names of authorities quoted, tinged with red pigment upto fol. 35; all the leaves are not of uniform size; some of the leaves are coloured yellow; foll. 26, 74 missing; fol. 36 is repeated. The Ms. was given as a gift to Baba Moreśvara Bhaṭṭa Pathaka by Mahadeva Sakharama Upadhye in Saka 1800; writing is obliterated on foll. 1b and 28. Another copy of No. 139.
