भृष्टराज्य तथा राज्यं प्राप्नोति ध्रुवं भवेत् ।
अभाव् लभते नार्या सुधाथि लभते य्युषं।

The text, with minor differences, is almost identical with that of Udditatantra. It does not agree with that of Virbhadratantra described in Hpr. Sastri's Notices ( 2nd Series ) I, 339. Hence I change the name. The name Virabhadralantra seems to have been inspired by the following mantra found on fol. 10
गेकांक ३ वीरभद्राय महावीराय सकलहामंडलखंडनाय
महाप्रचंडाय सकलकाणि साधकाय सर्वशबून खण्डनाय हः हः हः Age.-Appears to be old, Author.- Anonymous. Begins.- fol. I
