लोहत्रिशूलं कृत्वा विषरुधिरलिप्तं अयुतेनाभिमंत्रितं पत्वा सूमो लिखेति तस्योपरि शूलपादुडनीयं तस्य मृत्युभवति पाला सवाज मैदाकरे मंदारके दूधसो पुट देव २०१ फेरि दूधसां गोली वांधि राषव जहा विछि मारे ताह मदारके दूधसै घसि लगावै विछि अवस्य करि उतर जाइ।

The text is almost identical with that of the India Office Ms. No. 2630. On fol. 19° we have
इति श्रीवीरभद्रमहातंत्रे प्रथम पटलं । १॥ After this follows the method of bathing by men and women.
