बहुम || अस्त्रं फट् । वह्निजाया स्वाहा । तथा पिप्पलादो मुनिः । प्रोक्तो निवृच्छंद उदाहृतम् ॥
भद्रकाली देवता स्यात् । पंचांगस्वयमेव तु ॥
स्वयमेव मूलमंत्र एवं मूलमंत्रेणैवेत्यर्थः । गन्घ्रकर्णि २ विरूपाक्ष ॥ २ ॥ हृदयाय नमः । लंवस्तनि नि || २ || महोदरि ॥ शिरसे स्वा | उत्पादय || २ ॥ बेत्तिः ॥ २ ॥ शिखायै वषट् ॥

Paper old and musty. Benedictory phrases, topic-heanding, topic endings and colophons tinged with red pigment.
