Description-Country paper, Devanagari characters with prsthamātrās. Margins ruled in a thick red line. Blank spaces in the centre with kumkuma tilakas in the centre and on both the margins. First leaf damaged at corners. Occasional marginal notes and emendations. Clear and legible writing generally correct. Incomplete. The Ms. seems to have formed part of a larger work, since the first leaf is numbered 125 and the last 134.
Age - Ms. appears considerably old.

Subject A com. called af on certain grammatical sūtras The Ms. contains the Akhyāta section complete and a few lines of the next Krdanta chapter. The Akhyāta chapter is divided into 8 Pādas and ends on the a side of the last leaf. - अथ परस्मैपदानि । अथानंतराणि दशविभक्तीनां पूर्वाणि नव वचनानि परस्मैपदानि स्युः । ति तस् अंति ॥ सि थस् थ ॥ मि वस् मस् ॥ एवं सर्वत्रवचन ९० । १ ॥ नव पराण्यात्मने । दशविभक्तीनां पराणि नवं वचनामि आत्मनेपदसंज्ञानि स्युः ॥ ते आते अन्ते । से आथे ध्वे । ए वहे महे ॥ एवं सर्वत्र वचन ९० । उभय १८० । २ ।। त्रीणि त्रीणि प्रथममध्यमोत्तमाः
