Extent - 19 leaves, 10 lines in a page, about 36 letters in a line. Description - Country paper. Devanāgari characters, bold and
legible writing. Fairly correct. Complete. Subject - The Ms. contains the Sūtras of the Kātantra grammar,
followed by the Kārikās of Anit, Set and Vet roots. The Sutras consist of 5 sections dealing with Samdhi, 6 sections dealing with declension and nominal formations, 8 sections dealing with verbs, and the rest dealing with
Krt suffixes. Begins - गंभीरमधुरापारशब्दसागरमंदिरं ।
धीरं मंदरवद्वोरं सेवे सद्गुणसुंदरं । (?) श्रीपार्श्वनाथाय नमः । सिद्धो वर्णसमाम्नायः। At the close of the sections dealing with names we have,
निधाय पार्श्व हृदि पार्श्वपाव गुरोः प्रसादादिति शब्दशास्त्रे । सूत्राणि नाम्नां लिखति स्म रत्नः (?) प्रमोदपूरेण मतिप्रवृद्धयै ॥१॥ स कोपि जयतु स्वामी यद्गुणक्षीरसागरे। स्नानं रचयतां पुंसां रत्नत्रितय(?) मुज्वलं ॥२॥ प्रबोधायाल्पबुद्धीनां विहिते सर्ववर्मणा।
