व्याकार्षीत् ज्ञानतिलको झटित्युद्धोधहेतवे ॥१॥ इति श्रेयस्संततिर्व(4)भव्यभूस्पृशामाचंद्रार्कम् । श्रीभवानीशंकरा प्रसीदतु।
संवत्सरयुग/दुप्रमिते मासि कार्तिके।
राधो(? 'धे)पूर्वोलिखत्कृष्णः परोपकृतिहेतवे ॥ श्रीसद्गुरुभ्यो नमोस्तु etc. In the body of the text we find such colophon as इति शत.

legible writing. The different forms are arranged one below the other in 10 columns ruled carefully in red. The names of roots are written in red ink. Correct and
complete, but foll. 19 and 20 missing. Age - Samvat 1916. Author - Not mentioned. Subject - The paradigms of typical roots from different ganas are
exhibited in all their tenses, moods etc. Begins - भू सत्तायां । भवति । भवतः । भवंति । भवसि etc. Ends-पक्का । पापक्ष्यते। अपापक्ष्यत । अपापचि। इति भावकर्मक्रियाः। संवत्सरे
