अथ कवलचंद्रायणकथा लिष्यते ॥ ॥ ६० ॥ श्रीपरमात्मने नमः ॥ अथ 'जंबू' द्वीपे वेष्टितो द्वीपसागरे । चैत्यचैत्यालयोकीर्ते । कीर्तेभ्यो नमाम्यहं ॥१॥
अथ 'भरत 'क्षेत्रे । आर्यखंडे सुनासीरवने । तस्मिं राजा जयवाहणो।
राज्ञी जयावती। तत्रैव मंत्री गुणवाहण । भार्या गुणभद्रा । etc. Ends -- fol. 41b
इति जानीहि श्रेणिके श्रुत्वा । अपरलोके न । स्त्रीपुरषेण । सर्वेण । व्रतमाहत्मदेवतादिष्टे सति ।
व्रतभावं क्षये । अन्ये(5)पि ये स्त्रीपुरषो वा । ये कवलचंद्रायणव्रत. पालिसहिते पूर्वोक्तप्रकारेण स्वर्गमोक्षप्राप्तिर्भवति ॥
इति श्रीकवलचंद्रायणकथा समाप्ता ॥ १७ ।।
