Devanagari characters with occasional पृष्ठमात्राs; sufficiently big, quite legible, uniform and very good hand-writing ; 25 borders of most of the foll, ruled in two pairs of lines in red ink ; in some cases in blackish ink: red chalk profusely used ; yellow pigment used at times; foll, numbered in both the margins ; fol. 1* blank ; so is fol. 1156; in the left-hand margin the title is written as पद्मचरित्र ; there is 30 some space kept blank in the centre of the numbered and
