13 सुश्रीमतीवरकथारचनाप्रबंध(:)।
श्रीमज्जिनप्रवचनस्य वचोऽनुसारैः ॥ इति श्रीमतीसंबंधः प्रथमः ॥ -- fol. 4 इति श्रीशिवकुमारसंबंधो द्वितीयः । इति पंचपरमेष्टिनमस्कारा
धिकारे द्वितीयकथा परिपूर्णा । Ends.- fol. 10 श्रीनमस्कारस्मरणपरायणः शुभध्यानेन मृत्वा दशमदेवलोके
विंशतिसागरोपमस्थित्या ब्रह्मेद्रपदवी प्राप्तवान् । रत्नवत्यपि मरणं प्राप्य तत्रैव देवलोके सामानिकेंद्रपदं प्राप्तं । ततस्तद्देवलोकाच्चुत्वा मानुष्यं प्राप्य प्रावयां लात्वा सकलकर्मक्षयं कृत्वा केवलज्ञानमुत्पाद्य द्वावपि मोक्ष यास्यतः ।

Jaina Devanāgari characters; big, quite legible, uniform and very good hand-writing ; borders ruled in two lines 20 and edges in one in red ink ; red chalk used ; foll. num. bered in the right-hand margin ; a part of the first line written in red ink ; condition very good ; complete ; comsed at Vața padra ( Vadodarā i. e. Baroda ) in Samvat 1755
