The Svetämbara Narratives
Description. Country paper old and somewhat thin; Devanagari characters with पृष्ठमात्राs; clear, bold, beautiful and uniform hand-writing; borders doubly and thickly ruled with red ink; corrections occasionally noted in very small handwriting in the margins; foll. numbered as usual; the s central portion of each numbered side has three small circles one in the middle and two in the margins whereas the unnumbered only one in the centre drawn with red ink; red chalk used to indicate the numbers for verses; condition good ; complete.
Age.- Samvat 1480.
Author. Devaprabha Süri, successor of Municandra Suri and guru of Naracandra Suri of the Maladharin gaccha. His other

Subject.- Life of Mṛgavati narrated in Sanskrit in verse. The work is divided into five parts designated as viśramas, each having almost the same ending; e. g. the 1st ends on fol. 64 as follows :
(1) अनर्घ राघव काव्यादर्श, a com. on अनर्धराघव of Murari. 15 ( 2 ) पाण्डवचरित्र No. 318.
इति श्री' मलधारि' श्रीदेवप्रभाचार्यविरचिते धर्मसारे मृगावतीचरिते मृगावतीसमागमो नाम प्रथमो विश्रामः । समाप्तः छ ॥ ग्रंथामं २६९ ॥ छ ॥

जयंति वर्द्धमानस्य जितद्वंभोलिवैभवाः । मोहांधतमसद्धं सहेलयः सत्त्वकेलयः ॥ १ ॥ सारसारस्वता मोदा मदस्काररसायनं । गुरूणामुपदेशस्य महिम महिमा (S) द्भुतं ॥ २ ॥ etc.
