Subject. Stories told by Lord Santinatha to king Cakrāyudha. The work starts by describing the 12 pirsadas of a samavasarana. This is followed by गुणधर्म -कन कवती कथा and नागदत्तकथा, the first illustrating the penalties to be paid by one having undue attachment to objects of sense and the latter by one yielding to passions, etc.
Begins. fol. 14 || ६ || अथ द्वादशपरिषत्स्वरूपं कथ्यते ।
Ends.-
प्रथमत्रमध्ये पूर्वदिशितो प्रविश्व आज्ञेपकूणे । पूर्व साधुसभा ततः साध्वीसभा तत्पृष्ठे वैमानिकदवांगना सभा तथा दक्षिणतो (तः) प्रविश्य etc.
fol. 7 तथा च स देवस्तं नमस्कृत्य स्वस्थानं ययौ । तदनंतरं स मुनिश्वरोनुपि कषाय सर्पान् शरीरकरंडके संयग्य बहिर्गच्छतो रक्षयामास नागदत्त समुनिरेवं कषायान् विनिर्जित्य सकलकर्मक्षयं कृत्वा कियता कालेन केवलं प्राप्य मोक्षं प्राप्तः । इति श्री गांधर्वनागदत्तविहारिणो प्रमादपंचविषये श्रीषददशतीर्थकरो श्रीचक्रायुधनृपेण अग्र इयं कथानकं कथिता ।

Country paper very thin and greyish; Devanagari characters ; small, legible and good hand-writing; borders ruled in three lines in red ink; foll. numbered as usual; on every fol. almost in the centre there is a spot in two colours viz. red and yellow; yellow pigment used; edges of almost every fol. more or less damaged; condition very fair ; complete.
