सकलपंडितोत्तमपंडितश्रीपश्रीभावधिजयगणिशिष्यपंडितश्रीपश्रीरामविजयगणिशिष्यपं राजविजयगणिलषितं संवत् १७८६ वर्षे शाके १६५२ प्रर्वतमांने वैशाषमासे सुक्लपक्षे १३ रविवासरे श्रीनवलपप्रशादात् श्री'दीव बंदिरे॥
यादृशं पुस्तकं दृश्वा तासं लषीतं मया। यदि शुधमसुधं वा मम दोषो न दीयते ॥१॥
