वर्षे वायबरशरमुधारस्मि(दिम)(१५०४)संख बृभ ।
श्रीमान् ग्रंथः सकलमुमनश्चित्तहर्षप्रणेयी । यावत् क्रीडां गगनकमन्व राजहंसो विशाले ।
तन्वानौस्तस्तिमिरभिदुरौ तावदो(दे)पा(5)पि जीयात् ॥१॥ वैवेद्योपनिषदिलासबसते।
श्रीसूरीश्वररत्नशेषरगुरोः प्रामाणिकज्ञप्रभोः।। शिष्यः स(पं)डितसामचंद्र नुरधो माधुयधुर्या व्यधात् ।
कर्पूरप्रकराविकाकथिता एताः कथा सप्रवाः ॥२॥ सप्तपंचाशदधिका शतसंख्यान्वित कथामहोदाधग्रन्थो हद्यगथै विनितम ॥३॥ निरव द्यगद्याक्षरसर्वाग्रसंख्यया ।
अष्टादश(श)ीमानमस्मिन ग्रंथे हि विद्यते ॥४॥
