Description.--Country paper extremely thin and greyish in colour; Jaina Devanagari characters; the middle portion written in hand bigger than that for the portions surrounding it, since this is a rat Ms.; the text occupies the central place and the commentary space all around it. Though the commentary is written in very small hand-writing, it is quite legible. The text is written in big and good hand-writing. Vertical strokes used to denote the dissolution of syllables; yellow pigment used; both the text and the commentary complete ; extent of the latter 78 slokas and 21 letters.

- (com) fol.1 भगवति गर्भस्थे जननी विजयादेवी भर्तृजितशत्रु नृपेणाक्षक्रीडायां न जिता इति अजितनामानं जिनेशं द्वितीयतीर्थंकरं जितमभिभूतं सर्व मिहलो का दिसप्तविधमयिं (पं) भयं येन शांति च गर्भस्यो ( s) पि जगदारीवोपशमेन शांतिं कृतवान् ९ संप्रत्यपि च स्मरणादेव करोतीति प्राप्तशांतिनामानं षोडशं जिनं प्रशांता अपुनर्भावेन निवृत्ताः सर्वे गदा रोगा पापं वा ( s) - शुभकर्म यस्य यस्मात् वा (S) न्येषां तं । वृद्धा स्तवं व्याचक्षते । etc.
जइ इत्थ य परमपयं etc. up to आयरं कुह ॥ ४० ॥ इति श्री अजितशांतिजिनस्तवः ॥ छ ॥ श्री ॥
