nāgari characters with occasional quar ; small, quite legible, uniform and very good hand-writing ; borders ruled in two pairs of lines in black ink; the space between these pairs coloured red ; red chalk used ; foll. numbered in the right-hand margin ; some, in the left-hand one, too ; unnumbered sides are decorated in the centre only; the numbered, in each of the two margins, too; in the left-hand margin, the title is written as
