स्वाभियं श्रीमदर्हतः सिद्धा(:) सिद्धपुरीपदं । आचार्या(:) पंचधा(55)चारं वाचकाः वाचनां वरां ॥ १ ॥ साधवः सिद्धिसाहाय्यं वितन्वंतु वि(वे)किनां
मंगलानां च सर्वेषां प्रथमं म(?भु)वि मंगलं ॥२॥ Ends.-- fol. za
ह(त)पद्मषोडशदलं स्थापित षोडशाक्षर परमेष्ठिस्थितं बीजं ध्याय(ये)दक्षरदं मुदा ॥ ४ ॥ मंत्राणामादिम मंत्र तंत्र विघ्नीघनिग्रहे। ये स्मरंति सदेवेनं ते भवंति जिनप्रभा(:)॥५॥
