लगभग ४०० दिगम्बर और श्वेताम्बर साम्प्रदायों के प्राकृत व संस्कृत ग्रन्थों से संकलित एक प्रामाणिक पारिभाषिक शब्द कोश है। सम्पादक ने अधिकृत परिभाषाओं के सुलभ व ज्ञानवर्धक हिन्दी अनुवादों से इस ग्रन्थ को सर्व ग्राह्य बनाया है। तत्व जिज्ञासुओं और अनुसन्धान करने वालों को इस एक ही ग्रन्थ में अभीष्ट लक्ष्य के अनेक ग्रन्थगत लक्षण अनायास ही उपलब्ध हैं। प्रस्तावना में ग्रन्थ-परिचय तथा परिशिष्ट में ग्रन्थकारों की अनुक्रमणिका से इसको उपयोगिता और भी अधिक हो गई है।
This is a compilation of authoritative definitions carefully collected from some 400 works of Prakrit and Sanskrit.
