पंडिअ सअल सत्थ वक्खाणहिँ गवँणागवँणु ण एक्कु-वि खंडिउ [पण्डिताः सकलानि शास्त्राणि व्याचक्षन्ते देहे बुद्धं वसन्तं न जानन्ति । गमनागमनं न एकं अपि खण्डितं ततः अपि निर्लज्जः भणति अहं पण्डितः ॥ ]

The learned men expound all the Śastras. They do not know the Buddha residing in the body. Not once they have broken (the chain of) going out of and returning (to the Samsara). Even then he (the learned man) shamelssly declares I am a learned man !
जेत्तु - वि चित्तों विप्फुरइ अण्ण तरंग किं अण्णु जलु [ यावद् अपि चित्तस्य विस्फुरति अन्ये तरङ्गां किं अन्यद् जलं

तेत्तु - वि णाह - सरूउ । भव-समु ख- समु सु रूउ ॥ तावद् अपि नाथ - स्वरूपम् । भव - समं ख- समं तद् रूपम् ॥]

देहहिँ बुद्ध वसंतु ण जाणहिँ । तउ णिल्लज्जु भणइ हउँ पंडिउ ॥

The own-nature of the Lord is that much as it flashes up in the mind. Can there be waves and water different from one another ? The own-nature (of the Lord) is like the Samsāra as well as like the sky.
उ तं वायऍ गुरु कहइ सहज - सहाउ हलें अमिअ-रसु [ नहि तद् वाचा गुरुः कथयति सहज-स्वभावः हला अमृत - रसः

उ तं बुज्झइ सीसु । कासु कहिज्जइ की ॥ नहि तद् बुध्यति शिष्यः । कस्य कथ्यते कीदृशः ॥]
