iii) When it passes through the micro-pores of the cell-membrane, it generates electric pulses, which are used by neurons and other cells for communication.
iv) Once inside the cell, it acts as a catalyst for 'genes' of DNA. It creates resonance with a specific portion of DNA or genes. The individual threads of DNA and RNA thus get modified.
v) It creates or refreshes gene-memory and enhances the capability of that particular immune system to modify long-term coded instructions and code-denIsity.

vi) Effectiveness of the above instructions depends on the density and depth of impressions or memory field of the characterized living water-cells.
Thus it can work at genetic level' even without the physical presence of any molecule of chemicals.
7. De-characterization of the living water-cells
When the living water, containing imprint of trace-elements, travels in the bloodstream, its impressions are difficult to be washed away by the "impurities" en route. That means the imprints on these water cells can not be altered so easily. However, the memory stability depends on temperature and environmental conditions, besides the purity i.e., rarefactions of the characterized water-cell.
On heating the solution, its capabilty of transferrng information is lessened and its memory is partially erased. Distilling the water brings about an alomst total erasure of this information. Fig 7 shows a photograph of a crystal of solidified water. (Ref.5)
8. Conclusion
i) Pure water is not a simple H2O molecule, but exists in form of bee-hive struc-1 ture, having its own electrical and vibratory properties. By absorbing air in its quan- ! tum vacancy, it exhibits the properties of a "living-beings", as defined here. It has an inherent nature (internal character) and an external form with certain em-field | and vibratons. When boiled, the dissolved air and the radicals are removed from it, thus making the live water as dead water.
ii) Its cells can be characterized by special methods. However, lesser the molecules of foreign-chemicals present in the characterized live-water are, stronger would be its activating or catalytic power to stimulate gene memory or genetic code of a host bio-cell.
iii) A characterized cell in its pure form will have a well defined and specifically attuned pattern of energy waves around the profile of its body.
iv) Like free floating radicals & de-oxidants, "characterized" cells i.e. live-water structrures, carrying a particular imprint, work as a specific type of catalyst for the concerned body tissue-cell. The relevant body cells are stimulated by this catalyst through vibratopm amd resonance.
It does require further studies but it opens up a vast, hitherto unexplored territory, for the mankind. Let open-minded scientists conduct relevant experimental research to peep into such live water-cells.
