Marvellous Feats & Faultless Accuracy
I had great pleasure to know Shri Dhirajlal Tokershi Shah of Bombay who demonstrated before me his marvellous feats of keeping in mind a number of boys working with complicated mathematical problems and state on spot the results of each with faultless accuracy. He is a giant in retaining in fixed memory a number of problems simultaneously. His natural gift in naming articles by mere touch is really deserving high credit. I pray a day may dawn when his talent is made known to many parts of the world.

Spell-Bound the Audience by Unique and Admirable Proficiency. Under the auspices of the Jain Sangh of Vijapur, Mr. Dhirajlal T. Shah of Ahmedabad performed one hundred feats of memory commonly known as Shatavadhan. He held the audience spell bound for four hours... He is a man of versatile activities. ...He took to this branch of the science very recently. However his proficiency in the subject is unique and admirable...... This science of Avadhan is very old though its scholars are very rare It is one of the several glories of ancient India; though it is less known to the west.
