विजय के लिए घोड़ा छोड़ा गयास्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने अपनी मणिपुरी भाषा में ज्ञानमती माताजी को देश की महान् साध्वी बताते हुए कहा कि जिस प्रकार रामचंद्रजी ने विजय प्राप्त करने के लिए घोड़ा छोड़ा था, उसी प्रकार से ज्ञानमती माताजी ने देश में धर्म की दिग्विजय के लिए यह ज्योतिरथ छोड़ा है। ज्योति के महामंत्री श्री मोतीचंदजी ने ज्ञानज्योति के उद्देश्यों को बताया। ब्र. श्री रवीन्द्रजी ने अंग्रेजी में त्रिलोक शोध संस्थान तथा ज्ञानज्योति के बारे में सबको जानकारी दी। कु. माधुरी शास्त्री ने अपने वक्तव्य में देश की महान् नारियों के अस्तित्व के अन्तर्गत ज्ञानमती माताजी के संबंध में बताते हुए कहा
सच तो इस नारी की शक्ति नर ने पहचान न पाई है। मंदिर में मीरा है तो वह रण में भी लक्ष्मीबाई है। है ज्ञानक्षेत्र में ज्ञानमती नारी की कला निराली है।
सच पूछो नारी के कारण यह धरती गौरवशाली है। ब्र. रवीन्द्रजी ने अपने अंग्रेजी भाषण में मुख्यमंत्रीजी को ज्ञानज्योति के उद्देश्य बतलाए। उनके भाषण का अंश यहाँ उपस्थित हैRespected Chief Minister Sri Resong Kresing, Health Minister Sri Radha Vinod and all the gentle man!
Jamboodweep Gyan Jyoti was inaugrated by the Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi on 4th June, 1982 at Red Fort Ground, Delhi by the blessings Holiness Jain Saint Sri Gyanmati Mataji.
Mataji is a renowned Author, meditator and devotee of the Jain Society. Her intire life right from the childhood has been spent in the reading of Literature.
From 4th June, 1982 upto now Gyan Jyoti has gone in all over India Rajasthan, Bengal, Bihar, Maharastra, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Madhya Pradesh and Gujrat also. From 14th date of this month Gyan Jyoti came in Assam and first function was held in Gauhati. Now we want to know what is Jamboodweep Gyan Jyoti. The name of the fore most ‘island' in this central world is Jamboodweep. This island has explained over one lakh yojanas-means forty crores miles and in this one part is Bharat Khetra is 190th part of Jamboodweep comprising an area of 526 yojanas only. And present total world is a little part of Bharat Khetra. Now this Institution wants to research in this subject that is unknown from present human beings. Only for this the construction of Jamboodweep is created in Hastinapur Holy and Historical Place which is establish only 100 km. away from Delhi and in this Gyan Jyoti a small model of that Jamboodweep which is created in Hastinapur, has fixed to understand the peoples in all over India. Looking at this map one can easily have knowledge the size and shape of the Globe.
The aims of Gyan Jyoti Pravartan first to give the knowledge and philosphy of Jamboodwecp to all the country men. Secondly to help establish an atmosphere of religious toleration among the different religions. Third aim to propogate the tenets of Anuvrat like non-violence, truth, non-stealing, celibacy and non attachment for the happiness, peace and prosperity of all and other aim to inspire charactor-building.
The description of Jamboodweep has not only been given by the Jaina Scholars since two thousands years in their various scripture like Triloksar, Lok Bibhag, Tiloyparranthi, Moksha Shastra but also by the vedic religious books like Agni Purana, Vayu Purana, Vishnu Purana, Shrimad Bhagwat, Yogdarshan and Bodha religious books Nikaya Majihima-Nikaya and Sut Nikin.
It is for the first time that such a geographical map is being created in India.
In the middle of this erection, 84 feet high the Sumeru Parvat is already constructed on which stand 16 Jain idols. Stairs have been provided from inside to reach the top of the Sumeru. The remaining construction work is going to completed all the work of Jamboodweep within 6 months after that the Jamboodweep Panchkalyanaka Function will be held on 28 April of 1985.
Hastinapur Pilgrimage has been the centre of many historical events.
