I am an admirer of great sons of this country in various fields. I used to visit religious places of different faiths, including Jainism.
I am firmly convinced that the philosophy of Jainism has much relevance in the World, particularly where violence prevails.

I am happy to learn that Acharyaratna Shri Deshabhushanaji Maharaj Abhinandan Samiti plan to publish and present an Abhinandan Granth to respected Acharyaji on his completion of 51 years of the Digambara Sahana. Acharyaji has made a significant contribution to our national culture in general and Jainism in particular. His patronage of several Indian languages in promotion of religion and culture has contributed to national integration.
I send my good wishes to the Samiti for this noble attempt.
