bhava púja is the mental roverence that precedes, accompanies and
follotrs the external ceremonious ritual. It is the second class of půjir that is, in reality, from the point of view of merit, the most valuable. It is more valuable by far of the two. But, as stated before, the great merit of the dravya půjū is that it effectively prevents the mind from andering away, and furnishes easy occupation to remain engaged in the meritorious Dharma Dhyann as long as one likes to do so.
