गुरुभक्तिप्रभावेन तीर्थकृद्दर्शनं मतम् । समापत्यादिभेदेन निर्वाणैकनिबन्धनम् ॥ ६४ ॥

Devotion to the preceptor enables one to have-through a meditative trance or otherwise-the direct vision of a Tirthankara, a vision that is a sure means of attaining moksa,
[64] The idea of a man having a direct vision of some Thirthankara in a meditative trance is clear; another possibility, among others, that Haribhadra is keeping in mind is that of the man himself becoming Tirthankara (as a result of accumulating the corresponding karma through virtuous acts of an appropriate type).
