The MS. is in a very bad condition, moth-eaten and can not be read out properly. The name of the author cannot be traced. Beginning :

It is a medical dictionary compiled by Bhatta Rāmacandra under the patronage of Rāja Indrasiqpha. On the sides of one folio a corrigendum is attached to the MS. The Colophon of this MS., however mentions the name as 'Rajendrakosah.
