चिन्तयित्वा तु मनसा दृष्टा श्रुत्वा तु भोजन (नम्) । देषमायाति यो जन्तु(न्तुः) भक्तद्वेषः स उच्यते ॥ यस्य चात्वे (नाने) भवेदेषोऽ(च्छ्रदा)भक्तछ(छ)न्द स उच्यते । क(कु)पितस्य भयार्तस्य तच भक्त निबोधता (अभिचारहतस्य च ॥ अरोचक निदान (नम्) ॥
The printed text however suggests that the third line of the end part will be the fourth line and vice versa. Printed text should be referred.

Substance : Country-made paper. Size : 32 x 12 cms, Folios: 1-50. Lines : 7. Letters: 35. Script : Nāgari. Condition: Fresh. Extent Incomplete.
The MS. is incomplete both in the beginning and at the end. It is a commentary on Factor, which deals with the pathology and diseases. fact. is found on the margin suggesting the name of the book. Handwriting is good, but there are some gaps in between the texts of MS. commentary Madhukosaḥ. The text begins from the Nācivrana-nidānam (verse no. 1) and ends in the middle of the commentary on verse no. 47 of Mukharoganidānam. The last few Uncs at the end do not tally with the printed text.
