Nidanam of Garuda Puranam
This MS. contains the symptoms of some diseases mentioned in the Garuda Purāṇam. Name of these diseases are mentioned in a list (Nighaṇṭuḥ) which is on the folio 18b (1) अतीसारग्रहनी (णी ) निदानम् - २ (2) मुत्राघातनिदानम् - ४. (3) प्रमेहनिदानम् – ५, (4) विद्रधिगुल्मनिदानम् - ७, (5) उदरनिदानम् - ८, (6) पादशौफनिदानम् १०, (7) विसर्पादिनिदानम् - ११. (8) कुष्ठादिनिदानम् - १३, (9) कृमिनिदानम् १४. (10) वातव्याधिनिदानम् १६. (11) वातरक्तनिदानम् - १८.
This manuscript contains the pathology of some diseases as narrated in the Garuda Purāṇam.
The name of the scribe is Nasirāma Šarmā of Khardaha in West Bengal. This manuscript is incomplete as it starts from the 2nd line of the 13th verse of Atisāra nidānam, chapter 161 of Garuda Purānam and ends in the 171st chapter of the book.
