शैल (ले)न्द्र तनयाः एवं सर्वविविनाशन(नम्) । प्रणम्य नाडीविज्ञान (न) लिम(ख्य)ते सा(शा)सदस(शीनैः ॥ अथ नाडीविज्ञान (नम्) । ओं सि(शि)वाय नमः ॥ कात्यायनी वोले शिव हा(क)रि निवेदन[:] । किमते वुमिवे जिवं(जीव) नाडिर गमनाः ॥ सि(शि)र(व) रोने (वोले) सु(शु)न देवी कहिव सकले[:] ।
आगे वाहु(त) मद्धे (ध्ये) पत्तै (पित्त) अन्ते कफ चले[:]॥ End :
रव नाडि वाश रोगे सरि(शरी)र मद्धे (ध्ये)] । हय साटा सहस्र नाडी ताहाते संस(श)य[:] ॥ भुप सभ्या साख त्रिखटा ताहे तिनप्रधानाः] । कीचा (चि)ते ताङ्गयो देवी कहि नाइ निदान[:] ॥ पृ(टी) हि(ही)नजन हय शेष करिते पारे । शेहि वुमये भुर्त मेव संघजारे:] ॥ श्रीरामचन्द्र विरच (चि)ते परे आक्षेपखण्डन ।

The title Nācisamuccayaḥ mentioned in the Colophon, suggests that this MS. appears to contain a collection of texts from various books dealing with Nādi 1.e. pulse examination. Author's name is not mentioned in the manuscript and there is no mangalācaranam at the beginning. Comparing it with the manuscript I.M. 621 i.e. Nāciparikşā, a section of Śārgadhara Samhitā (3rd chapter of Pūrvakāņda), it is seen that the first verse is the same in
