धातुरत्नमाला Dhāturatnamālā by Devadatta
Substance : Country-made paper. Size : 27x 20cms. Follos: 4. Lines: 19-28. Letters: 36. Script: Bengali. Condition: Fresh writIng. damaged. Extent: Complete.
The MS. deals with the metallic preparations of medicines. Contents are same as that of G-8349. But the last two additional verses clearly mention the name of Devadatta. son of Harl who may be the author of this text. However, there may be a dispute regarding this, as it claims to be a part of Aśvinikumārasamhitā. Apparently the MS. appear to be a complete one. But after the completion of verse no. 25 and a portion of verse no. 26, the next folio begins with verse no. 28. Similarly verses 54, 81. 133 are partly found. It is seen that the numbering of verses does not tally with another MS. of UTCATAT I Hence the MS. cannot be taken as a complete one, although the Colophon mentions it as such (धातुरत्नमाला समाता). Beginning :
श्रीगणेशाय नमः।
