A Vaidyaka collection work on preparations of medicines. First four pages of the MS. are missing. The manuscript starts from page 5. The name Cikitsāsamgrahaḥ occurs in the margin of the last page in different handwriting and in different ink, which is questionable. Beginning :
सितया च समं पि(पी)ता पित्तज्वर विनासिनि (शिनी) ॥ मरिचेन प्रयुक्ता सा स्वर्हि (सन्नि)पातज्वरापहा । पिप्पली जि(जी)रकाचान्तु(स्तु) दाहज्वरविनासिनि (शिनी) ॥
