D. C.-Happiness enjoyed by a mukta being is real, and is not based upon upacāra because it is naturally generated without any resistance. Like that of a learned sage, having no obstacle in his way, this sukha is free from all sorts of miseries found in the mundane world.
It has been said, therefore, that, Nirjitamada-madanānām vak-kaya-manovikirarahitānārn | Vinivrittaparasanāmihaiva moksah suvihitānām ॥ 459 ॥ (2007)
Also, जह वा नाणमओऽयं जीवो नाणोवघाइ चावरणं । करणमणुग्गहकारिं सबावरणक्खए सुद्धी ॥४६०॥ (२००८) तह सोक्खमओ जीवो पावं तस्सोवघाइयं नेयं । पुण्णमणुग्गहकारि सोक्खं सबक्खए सयलं ॥४६१॥(२००९) Jaha vā nāṇamao'yam jīvo nāņovaghôi cāvaranami Karanamanuggahakārim savvāvaranakkhae suddhi 1146011 (2008) Taha sokkhamao jīvo pāvam tassovaghāiyam neyam | Punnamanuggahakārim sokkham savvakkhae sayalam 11461||(2009) [ यथा वा ज्ञानमयोऽयं जीवो ज्ञानोपघाति चावरणम् ।
