________________ ( 72 ) It will, I am confident, be of greater interest than any of Dr. Peterson's reports, as it will contain detailed notices of the largest palm-leaf collection in Gujarat. The research worker will find many things of interest as the authors' and the donors' long Prasastis with the writers' colophons contain many historical things. To the student of the Apabhramsa and old Gujarati it will supply a store of materials for his study. The literary world will thank the Government of His Highness the Maharaja Saheb for laying before it a complete and correct view of the far-famed Bhandars so jealously guarded. BARODA, 17th April 1915. C. D. DALAL. 1. The late Mr. Dalal left hurried notes, which have been developed after verification into a descriptive catalogue in two volumes, by Pandit Lalasandra Bhagavandas Gandhi. (B. B.)
