रत्वं सत्यभणनेऽपि कललोचाप्रकाशनीयप्रकाशनेन लज्जादिभिमरणाचनर्थपरंपरासंभवात्परमार्थतोऽसत्यत्वात्तस्य; (4) मोसोवएस; communicar tion of false information ; परेपामसत्योपदेशः; and (5) सूडलेह करण; falsification of documents; the Com. says:-एतस्य चातिचारत्वं प्रमादादिना दुविवेकत्वेन 'मया मृपावादः प्रत्याख्यातः अयं तु कूटलेखो न नृपावादनन्' इति भावयतः, there is another read. ing åoted by the Com, for the uticāras of this pow. वाचनान्तरे तु कनालियं गवालियं नासावहारे कूडसक्ख संधिकरणे' इति; the aticāras are thus falschood to rin a girl, cattle and land; appropriation of deposits; false eridence and making up of a quarrel. The Com. says that these are not the aticāras but rarieties of falsehood and are so mentioned in the Ārassakasūtra.
10. 41. This Section deals with the aticāras of the TOT of abstention from committing theft or from taking things not given ; they are (1) तणाहड, स्तेनाहृत, receiving stolen property; (2) तफरप्पयोग, employing thieves ; (3) विरुद्धरजाइफम, crossing the boundaries of enemy's territory or tresspassing (विरुद्धनृपयोः राज्यं विरुद्धराज्यं तस्यातिक्रमोऽ तिलंघनं विरुद्धराज्यातिक्रमः । न हि ताभ्यां तत्रातिक्रमोऽनुशातः चौरबुद्धिरपि तत्र तस्य नास्तीत्यतिचारता; (4) कुडतुलकूडमाण, false weights or balances and measures ; and (3) तप्पडिरूवगववहार, dealing with adulterate goods. The Com. says:-तेन आधिकृतेन (वस्तुना) प्रतिरूपकं सदृशं तत्प्रतिरूपकं, तस्य विविध अवहरणं व्यवहारः प्रक्षेपः। यद्यत्र घटते व्रीहिपृतादिपु पलंजी-वसादि तस्य प्रक्षेप इति यावत् , तत्प्रतिरूपकेन वा वसादिना व्यवहरणं तत्प्रतिरूपकव्यवहारः।
