स्यक्त्वा प्रमाद कर्तव्यपरो न स्याज्जनो यदि । तदा सुखं किमाधार परलोके लभेत सः ? ।।
* માણસ પ્રમાદને ત્યજી કર્તવ્યપરાયણ ન બને તે પરલેકમાં તેને કયા આધારે પર–કઈ બાબત પર સુખ મળે ? ૨
* If a person does not abandon his negligence and does not become intent on his auspicious duties, whence will he attain happiness in the next world? 2
