(૪) धर्माधिकारिणः शूद्राः स्त्रियश्च ब्राह्मणादिवत् । ते सर्वे परम श्रेयो धर्मेण प्राप्तुमीशते ।।
છે જેમાં બ્રાહ્મણ વગેરે ધર્મના અધિકારી છે, તેમ શુદ્રો અને સ્ત્રીઓ પણ ધર્મના અધિકારી છે. એ બધા ધર્મસાધનના બળે ઉચ્ચતમ કલ્યાણભૂમિ પર પહોંચી શકે છે. ૪
* Shudras and women are as well entitled to follow the path of Dharma, as Brahmanas and others; and all of them may be able to attain to the highest state of welfare by being rightly devoted to Dharma. 4
