(૪૭) भोजनादीनि कर्माणि कुर्वाणोऽपि सुदृष्टिमान् । अनासक्तो जगन्मित्रममतत्वाय कल्पते ।।
જ ખાવું-પીવું વગેરે ક્રિયાઓ કરવા છતાં વિવેકદષ્ટિવાળે અને અનાસક્ત તેમ જ બધા પ્રત્યે મૈત્રીભાવ ધરાવનાર મનુષ્ય અમૃતપદને અધિકારી છે. ૪૭
* He who is discreet, free from undue attachment and friendly to the world, is entitled to the immortal divine state of the soul, eventhough he does actions such as eating etc.. 47
