(૨૬) सुख बाह्यविकासायोपयोगि यदि सम्मतम् । दुःखमन्तर्विकासाय तदा भवितुमर्हति ।।
* સુખને બાહ્ય વિકાસ માટે ઉપયોગી માનીએ તે સાથે સાથે એ પણ જાણવું જરૂરી છે કે દુઃખ આતર વિકાસ માટે ઉપયોગી થઈ શકે છે. ૨૬
* If happiness is considered to tend to an outer progress, then even misery which has come, can be admitted as useful in achieving the inner elevation. 26.
