* આ બન્ને પ્રકારના આરોગ્ય વિષે જે સુજ્ઞ જન સાવધાની રાખે છે તે પૂર્ણ સુખ તથા પૂર્ણકલ્યાણના લાભને અધિકારી બને છે. ૧૪
* A wise person who is careful of his health of these two kinds, is entitled to the achievement of perfect happiness as well as perfect welfare.
