बताका अच्छा अनुभव इन टीकाओंके तुलनात्मक अध्ययनसे सहजहीमें हो सकता है और इस लिये यहाँपर इस विषयको अधिक तूल ( विस्तार) देनेकी जरूरत नहीं है । जिन विद्वानोंने तुलनात्मक दृष्टिसे इन टीकाओंका अध्ययन किया है वे स्वयं इस बातको स्वीकार करते हैं कि दोनोंमें परस्पर बहुत बड़ी असमानता है । पंडित वंशीधरजी शास्त्रीने भी, प्रमेयकमलमार्तण्डका सम्पादन करते हुए, उसके 'उपोद्घात'में लिखा है कि इस टीकाकी रचनातरंगभंगी प्रमेयकमलमार्तडकी रचनातरंगभंगीसे 'विसदृशी' है*-उसके साथ समानता अथवा मेल नहीं रखती। ऐसी हालतमें विज्ञ पाठक स्वयं ही समझ सकते हैं कि जब इन टीकाओंमें परस्पर इतनी अधिक असमानता पाई जाती है तो ये तीनों टीकाएँ एक ही व्यक्तिकी बनाई हुई कैसे हो सकती हैं। और साथ ही, इस बातका भी अनुभव कर सकते हैं कि यदि यह टीका उन्हीं प्रमेयकमलमार्तण्डादिके रचयिता जैसे प्रौढ विद्वानाचार्यकी बनाई हुई होती तो इसमें, प्रमेयकमलमार्तडादिक जैसी कोई खास खूबी अवश्य पाई जाती-कमसे कम यह श्रावकधर्मके अच्छे विवेचनको जरूर लिये हुए होती जिससे वह इस समय प्रायः शून्य प्रतीत होती है । और साथ ही, इसमें प्रायः वे अधिकांश त्रुटियाँ भी न होती जिनका पहले कुछ दिग्दर्शन कराया जा चुका है। ___ जहाँ तक हमने इस टीकाके साहित्यकी जाँच की है उस परसे हमें यह टीका इन प्रमेयकमलमार्तडादिके कर्ता प्रभाचंद्राचार्यकी बनाई हुई मालूम नहीं होती; इसकी रचना प्रमेयकमलमार्तडादिकी रचनासे बहुत पीछे-कई शताब्दियोंके बाद हुई जान पड़ती है। नीचे इसी बातको कुछ विशेष प्रमाणोंद्वारा स्पष्ट किया जाता है
१. इसी टीकामें एक स्थानपर-'नवपुण्यैः प्रतिपत्तिः' इत्यादि पद्यके नीचे, 'सप्तगुणसमाहितेन' पदकी व्याख्याके अवसरपर, एक पद्य निम्न प्रकारसे उद्धृत पाया जाता है
. * यथा-'रत्नकरण्डकाभिधस्य श्रीसामन्तभद्रीयश्रावकाचारस्य बृहत्स्वयंभूस्तोत्रस्य, समाधिशतकस्य चोपरि विवरणानि श्रीप्रभाचन्द्रेणैव विनिर्मितानि सन्ति किन्तु तेषां प्रणेता स एवापरो वा प्रभाचन्द्रस्तदनन्तरलब्धजन्मेति न पार्यतेऽवधारयितुमलं तथापि प्रमेयकमलमार्तण्डापेक्षया तवृत्तीनां रचनातरङ्गभङ्गो विसदृशीति वक्तुमुत्सहे ।'
