दूसरा 'तत्त्वानुशासन' ग्रंथ भी बना है, जिसका एक पद्य 'नियमसारकी 'पद्मप्रभ' मलधारिदेव-विरचित टीकामें, . 'तथा चोक्तं तत्त्वानुशासने' इस वाक्यके साथ, पाया जाता है और वह पय इस प्रकार है__" उत्सय कायकर्माणि भावं च भवकारणं।
- स्वात्मावस्थानमव्यग्रं कायोत्सर्गः स उच्यते ॥" यह पद्य ' माणिकचंदग्रंथमाला में प्रकाशित उक्त तत्त्वानुशासनमें नहीं है, और इस लिये यह किसी दूसरे हो 'तत्त्वानुशासन'का पद्य है, ऐसा कहनेमें कुछ भी संकोच नहीं होता। पद्य परसे ग्रंथ भी कुछ कम महत्त्वका मालूम नहीं होता । बहुत संभव है कि जिस 'तत्त्वानुशासन'का उक्त पद्य है वह स्वामी समंतभद्रका ही बनाया हुआ हो। __इसके सिवाय, श्वेताम्बरसम्प्रदायके प्रधान आचार्य श्रीहरिभद्रसूरिने, अपने 'अनेकान्तजयपताका'में 'वादिमुख्य समंतभद्र'के नामसे नीचे लिखे दो श्लोक उद्धृत किये हैं, और ये श्लोक शान्त्याचार्याविरचित 'प्रमाणकलिका' तथा वादि देवसूरिविरचित 'स्याद्वादरत्नाकर' में भी समंतभद्रके नामसे उद्धृत पाये जाते हैं*
बोधात्मा चेच्छब्दस्य न स्यादन्यत्र तच्छ्रतिः । यबोद्धारं परित्यज्य न बोधोऽन्यत्र गच्छति ॥ न च स्यात्प्रत्ययो लोके यः श्रोत्रा न प्रतीयते ।
