Gāthā 22] Exposition of the Ownership of the Indestructible State
221. Whose is the extremely subtle second (state)? 60. The soul whose all-light karmic matter-bound darsana-mohaniya karma has been destroyed, and who has attained the state of the extremely subtle second (state) - in that soul, the tip of the sāmyaktva (right belief) prakrti, which was descending, enters the stream of udayāvalī (the stream of rise) and becomes completely immersed. Due to the diminution, elevation, or transition, it becomes the extremely subtle second (state). 61. In the same soul, at the final moment, the tip of the darsana-mohaniya karma which has not been destroyed, at the time of its complete rise, becomes the extremely subtle third (state).
62. Whose is the extremely subtle third (state) due to the diminution, elevation, or transition of the sāmyag-mithyātva (mixed right and wrong belief) prakrti? 63. In the soul whose all-light darsana-mohaniya karma is being destroyed, the last fragment of the sāmyag-mithyātva prakrti, which is being eliminated, becomes pure, the stream of udayāvalī (the stream of rise) becomes devoid of rise, and it becomes filled with the stream of decline. Due to the diminution, elevation, or transition of this, the extremely subtle third (state) occurs.
64. Whose is the extremely subtle fourth (state) due to the complete rise?
