Fasāya Pāhuḍa Sutta
[30. The highest duration of the nine nokaṣāyas. 31. The highest duration of the sixteen kaṣāyas is bound by one āvalī-duration. 32. This is the lowest duration. 33. Whose is the lowest duration of the micchatva (false belief)? 34. Of the human or the human female in whom the micchatva, which has entered the udayāvalī and is being destroyed, remains for two samaya-duration, the rest is as much. 35. Whose is the lowest duration of the samyaktva (right belief)? 36. Of the one whose darsanamohanīya (deluding karma of perception) is at the last moment and not exhausted. 37. Whose is the lowest duration of the samyagmithyātva (mixed right and wrong belief)? 38. One who is destroying or emerging the samyagmithyātva, for the remaining two samaya-duration of that, up to the last muhūrta, without causing the destruction of the state, attains the lowest samyaktva in the first moment, when the highest state of micchatva and the highest state of samyaktva and samyagmithyātva are transformed.]
The commentary explains:
30-31. The highest duration of the nine nokaṣāyas is of the one who has bound the highest duration of the sixteen kaṣāyas by one āvalī-duration, because the highest state of the sixteen kaṣāyas bound for only one āvalī-duration does not transform into the nokaṣāyas.
32-34. The lowest duration of the micchatva is of the human or human female in whom the micchatva, which has entered the udayāvalī and is being destroyed, remains for two samaya-duration, the rest is as much, because the micchatva that has entered the udayāvalī and is being destroyed does not completely exhaust before two samaya-duration.
35. The lowest duration of the samyaktva is of the one whose darsanamohanīya is at the last moment and not exhausted.
37-38. The lowest duration of the samyagmithyātva is of the one who is destroying or emerging the samyagmithyātva, for the remaining two samaya-duration of that, up to the last muhūrta, without causing the destruction of the state, attains the lowest samyaktva in the first moment, when the highest state of micchatva and the highest state of samyaktva and samyagmithyātva are transformed.
