## Sthitivibhakti
For a disciple who is familiar with the nature of the 28 **Mohaprakrtis** through the **Praकृतिvibhakti** described earlier, this **Sthitivibhakti** has been introduced to describe the **Sthiti** of those 28 **Mohaprakrtis** in their most subtle and most gross forms, using the 14 **Mārgaṇāsthāna** as a framework. This **Sthitivibhakti** is like a flowing river, without a beginning, but with each moment binding.
**Churnisūtra:** Sthitivibhakti is of two types: **Mūlapraकृतिस्थितिविभक्ति** and **Uttarapraकृतिस्थितिविभक्ति**. || 1 ||
**Viśeṣārtha:** The group of **Prakrtis** that bind at one time, comprising all the **Mohakarma-skandha**, is called **Mūlapraकृति**. The time that the **Karma** remains bound with the soul after it has been bound is called **Sthiti**. **Vibhakti** means difference or separation. Therefore, the division of the **Sthiti** of the **Mūlapraकृति** is called **Mūlapraकृति-Sthitivibhakti**. The division of the **Sthiti** of the 28 **Uttaraprakrtis** of **Mohakarma** individually is called **Uttarapraकृति-Sthitivibhakti**.
**Churnisūtra:** The meaning of both types of **Sthitivibhakti** is: One **Sthiti** is **Sthitivibhakti**, and many **Sthitis** are **Sthitivibhakti**. || 2 ||
**Viśeṣārtha:** The word that conveys the meaning of the **Praकृति** is called **Arthapad**. The **Sthiti** of the **Mūlapraकृति**, which is the general form of **Moha**, is called one **Sthiti**. The **Sthitis** of the **Mohakarma** in the form of **Uttarapraकृति** are called many **Sthitis**. Thus, the **Vibhakti** of one **Sthiti** is also called **Sthitivibhakti**, and the **Vibhakti** of many **Sthitis** is also called **Sthitivibhakti**. This is the meaning of **Sthitivibhakti**.
