16. Kasaya Pahuda Sutta
(77) The Sankamaga-patthavaga binds and experiences the effects of the kasayas. He binds and experiences the effects of the kasayas, but the Asamkamaga does not.
(78) 1. The Mohaniya karmas of the duration of a thousand oceans of years bind him, but the remaining karmas bind him in countless oceans of years.
(79) 2. Fear, grief, aversion, attachment, disgust, and the nine types of women - these are the inauspicious, low-class, infamous, and physical karmas.
(80) 3. For the Savvavaraniyas, the sleep is the covering, and for the Paryapta-ayus, the non-binding and binding (karmas) are the remaining (karmas).
(81) 1. Sleep, low-class, restlessness, vows, and the name 'Agi' - these are the six non-kasayas. He becomes free from the effects (of kasayas) in these.
(82) 2. In the Vedaniya, Savvavaraniyas, and the kasayas, the one who experiences them becomes free from the remaining (karmas).
(83) 1. The gradual bondage of the entire Mohaniya occurs. Definitely, the non-transmigration of the Lobha-kasaya is to be known.
(84) 2. The Sankamaga transmigrates through Krodha, Mana, and Lobha. According to the order, he completely transmigrates through the Vedanadi (karmas).
(85) 3. He binds the Purusaveda, Itthi-veda, and himself. Definitely, the seven non-kasayas transmigrate through Krodha.
(86) 4. He transmigrates through Krodha, Mana transmigrates through Mana, Mithya transmigrates through Maya, and there is no reverse transmigration in Lobha.
(87) 5. Whichever (karma) he transmigrates through, he definitely transmigrates through the similar (karma) in bondage. There is no transmigration in the inferior, superior, or equal (karmas).
(88) 6. The Sankamaga-patthavaga experiences the taste of the Mana-kasaya and transmigrates through Krodha. Excluding the experiencing, the order of the Mana-kasaya is the remaining (karmas).
