The Granth Bhandar is situated in the Digambar Jaina Temple BISAPANTHI BADA MANDIR DEVARA-KÍ-GALI, Purani Nagaur.
According to Bhattaraka Pattavali, Bhattaraka Ratnakirti established an independent Bhattaraka Gadi in Samvat 158 1 and also established a great Granth Bhandar in Nagaur.
The Bhandar possesses a valuable collecticn of 20 thousand manuscripts. This number includes the GUTKAS also. The manuscripts are quite old. The manuscripts are mainly in 5 languages i.e. SANSKRIT, PRAKRIT, APABHRAMSA, HINDI, RAJASTHANI. All the manus , cripts are written on paper, there is no manuscript on palm leaf. ....
