Will great courage or fortitude try to weaken witch-like desires. This is the path leading to true elevation and this is the secret underlying spiritual a lvancement. 15
कुवासनानामुदयं निरस्य संरक्ष चेतः सततं पवित्रम् । कदापि कस्याऽप्यशुभं न वाञ्छेश्चरेः सदा शान्त-गभीरवृत्या ॥१६॥
બુરી વાસનાઓને જાગવા ન દે. (એમને ઉત્પન્ન થતી રક!) ચિત્તને હમેશાં પવિત્ર રાખ! કેઈનું પણ ક્યારેય બુરું ન ચાહ! અને હમેશાં શાન્ત તથા ગંભીર રીતે વિહર! ૧૬
Suppreeg evil dcsites if they at all arise; always keep your mind pure i. e. iree from passions; never think ill of any body; and always conlucs yourself in a manuer solemn and tranqnil. 16
आत्मोन्नतिर्मानव-जीवनाद् या न देव-देहादपि लभ्यते सा । इत्येवमालोच्य महानुभाव ! मा भूः प्रमादीति ममोपदेशः ॥ १७ ॥
માનવ-જીવનમાં જે આત્માન્નતિ સાધી શકાય છે તે વગના શરીરથી પણ સાધી શકાતી નથી. આમ સમજીને, હે મહાનુભાવ! તું પ્રમાદી થઈશ માં! એ મારો ઉપદેશ છે. ૧૭
Spiritul clovation, which is not even attainable by beings in the cel ustial form of existance (i, . liy give ) is attainable by beings in the human form of existence (i. c. by men or women), Oh! god oue ! tak: this into your consideration and do not be negsciful. This is my advice. 17
