માટે કઈ માણસ કે જાનવરને દુઃખ આપવું એ પિતાના ભાઈને જ દુખ આપવા બરાબર હે શું વાજબી છે? એ વરતુ જગન્ધિતા ઇશ્વરને નારાજ કરનારી નહિ થતી હોય? ઈશ્વરના પુત્રને-ઈશ્વરનાં બચ્ચાંને પીડવાથી ઈશ્વર રાજી થાય કે ? ૮૬
So, if we givu paio to any man or animal, is it not like giving paio to one's brother ? Can it ever be justified ? Should not this thing displease the World-father? Would God be pleaAed if we give paid to His children 2 86
तनुधमीश्वरप्रेम्णे प्रेम तस्य प्रजाः प्रति । भजध्वं तस्य बालेषु तयापाप्तये दयाम्

ઈશ્વરનો પ્રેમ મેળવવું હોય તે તેના બાળક ઉપર પ્રેમ કેળવે, એ પરમ પિતાની દયા ચાહતા હે તે એના બાળકો ઉપર રહેમદિલ બને. ૮૭

* જમક-ઇશ્વરવાદને આ રીતે સદુપયોગ કરાય તે દુનિયાનું કેટલું બધું ભલું થાય છે. એ બતાવવા આ વિવેચન છે. એ પણ દાર્શનિક સિધાન્ત છે, જે એમ કહે છે કે, ઈશ્વરની , ઉપપ અશકય છે. છતાં એ, (ઈશ્વ કર્તવ) વાદને ચર્યાની ભૂમિને જ વિષય ન રાખતાં એનો કલ્યાણ સાધનની દિશામાં ઉણ થાય તે રવનું આ ભલું થાય એ ચોક્કસ છે. કેદઈ પણ વાઃ દાર્શનિક દષ્ટિએ અયથાર્થ હેય, છતાં જીવનની ધંખ્ય સાધનામાં એને જે અનુકૂલ કરી દેવાય, પ્રેરક બનાવી લેવાય છે. એક દિશાનું અસય બીજી દિશામાં સત્યરૂપ (શ્રેયસ્કર) બની જાય.
